3:00pm Mountain - Mr. Leo Hrdlicka:  Mr. Hrdlicka is a USAF veteran of the Vietnam War, family member and activist for our POW/MIAs.  He was serving overseas when he found out that his brother David was shot down and listed as Missing in Action, almost 50 years ago!  David went missing after he was shot down over Laos on May 18, 1965 on an interdiction/strike mission.  He successfully ejected, parachuted and was captured by the Pathet Lao not far from the massive cave complex near Sam Neua, Laos.  After his shoot down, David was featured in both a North Vietnamese newspaper and PRAVDA, the Russian news service.  There is no doubt that David was alive in enemy hands and the Vietnamese know what happened to him.  Since then, Leo has worked with his family to try and find the truth about his brother.  He has been an activist for our missing, appearing on TV news programs, not only for his brother David, but all of our POW/MIAs.  Leo has made trips to Southeast Asia and during one of his trips with former Congressman Bill Hendon, he distributed leaflets along the Mekong River, offering a reward for the safe return of LIVE POW/MIAs.  Leo remains active in the issue today.
